By enrolling in any program, batch, or workshop at Rhythm Dance & Fitness Junction, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following official terms and conditions.

02. Enrollment & Registration
- Admission to any program is strictly subject to seat availability in the respective batch.
- It is mandatory for students (or guardians) to provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
- The Academy reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel any admission under special circumstances or violation of policy.

03. Fees & Payments
- All fees must be paid completely in advance before the commencement of the batch or session.
- Fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- A late payment penalty will be strictly enforced as per the academy's policy if dues are not cleared by the deadline.
- Any special offers, discounts, or promotional packages are valid only for their specified limited period.

04. Class Attendance
- Punctuality is expected; students must attend classes on time.
- Missed classes are non-transferable and no compensatory classes will be provided.
- The Academy reserves the right to alter or modify class schedules as needed.

05. Trial Classes
- Free trial classes (if offered) are granted solely at the discretion and policy of the Academy.
- Strictly limited to a maximum of one trial class per prospective student.

06. Student Conduct
- A highly respectful, disciplined, and positive environment must be maintained by all students.
- Any form of misconduct, harassment, bullying, or damage to studio property is strictly prohibited.
- The Academy reserves the right to take immediate disciplinary action, including instant termination of membership without refund, for violating conduct policies.

07. Health & Safety
- Students are solely responsible for ensuring they possess the physical fitness required to participate in dance and fitness activities.
- Any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns must be explicitly informed to the Academy prior to enrollment.
- The Academy shall not be held liable for any physical injuries sustained during training, unless directly caused by proven gross negligence of the faculty.

08. Photography & Media Consent
- By enrolling, students explicitly grant consent for photographs and videos to be captured during classes, events, and performances.
- These media assets may be utilized by the Academy for promotional purposes, including but not limited to Social Media platforms (Instagram, YouTube), official websites, and physical marketing materials without further compensation.

09. Wedding & Event Services
- Dates for wedding choreography and event performances are blocked strictly on a formal advance-booking basis.
- A dedicated event cancellation policy applies, which will be detailed in the individual service contract.
- Custom choreography edits, track mixing, and extra rehearsal requirements are subject to additional specialized terms.

10. Intellectual Property
- All original choreography routines, video assets, branding, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of the Academy.
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation Liability
- The Academy shall not be held liable for any indirect losses, including theft or damage to personal belongings within the premises.
- Participation in all physical activities is undertaken entirely at the student's own responsibility.

12. Changes to Terms
- The Academy reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior individual notice.
- The most updated version will always be published on our official website, and continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of those changes.
