This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms related to admissions, program fees, event bookings, and choreography services offered by Rhythm Dance & Fitness Junction.
01. Class Enrollment Fees
- All admissions to the academy are strictly subject to successful payment of required fees.
- Enrollment is officially confirmed only after payment verification by our administrative team.
- Fees once paid are generally non-refundable under any normal circumstances.
02. Program Fees & Memberships
- Monthly, quarterly, and yearly membership fees are fixed and non-refundable.
- Missed classes or absentee periods do not qualify for refunds or fee adjustments.
- Unused sessions or remaining tenure cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.
03. Free Trial Classes
- Free trial classes (if offered) are subject to batch capacity and availability.
- Trial participation does not guarantee admission into the full program.
- No refund policies are applicable on complimentary free trial sessions.
04. Student Cancellation
- Students have the freedom to discontinue their classes at any time.
- Previously paid fees remain entirely non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date.
- Future installments (if applicable under a plan) may be cancelled before their due date without penalty.
05. Cancellation By Academy
Rhythm Dance & Fitness Junction reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify classes due to:

- Replacement classes may be provided to the batch.
- Alternative schedules may be offered by the management.
06. Wedding Choreography
- An advance booking amount is required to securely block the choreography slot for your event dates.
- Booking advances are generally non-refundable, as they reserve exclusive time from our senior choreographers.
- Date changes or postponements are strictly subject to trainer availability.
- Custom choreography, track editing, or creative work already completed prior to cancellation will not qualify for refunds.
07. Event Shows & Performances
- Corporate and live event bookings may require significant advance payment for artist blocking and logistics.
- Cancellation requests for live events should be submitted well in advance as per the specific contract terms.
- Refund eligibility for events heavily depends on the preparation involved, costumes arranged, and work already completed.
08. Exceptional Cases
Refund requests may be reviewed in exceptional administrative cases such as:
- Duplicate payments
- Technical payment gateway errors
- Verifiable incorrect transactions
* Approval of these exceptions remains entirely at the academy's discretion.
09. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds (under exceptional cases) will be processed back strictly through the original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and associated banking channels.
